All of ZAAF Collection orders are shipped from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia or from our retail shop, National Harbor, Maryland. Orders generally take one day to process and are shipped the business day following order placement. You may contact email@example.com for special delivery requests. We currently ship to the contiguous United States via Fedex – all free shipping to you unless it is overnight shipping.
For international shipping, we have chosen USPS (United States Postal Service) as our carrier and most orders are delivered within 10-20 days. Duties and taxes vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs or duties that may be assessed by their country when the package arrives. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes.
All international orders are final sale.

Part of the beauty of each ZAAF pieces is that they are handmade in different parts of Africa. For example, our handwoven scarves are made of delicate fabric. Due to this production technique, slight imperfections and/or color variations may occur. Our ZAAF leather bags collection is handmade with the finest Ethiopian pull-up leather. Pull-up leather has natural variability in shade and tone, and displays and develops markings. These are not defects or scratches to be removed, but part of the overall rich look and character that accrues to an heirloom piece.
