Returns  and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective items for a refund. Returns must be made within two weeks of purchase and apply only to online orders.

To initiate a return, request authorization by contacting info@zaafcollection.com. Items that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
